Aleksandar Zavisic – Partner - Country Manager for Serbia
Mr. Zavisic joined the OAI from Netherlands-based real estate firm where he was in charge of sourcing, negotiating and structuring real-estate deals in Serbia and Montenegro valued in excess of 100 million euros. His extensive knowledge and experience in the local market adds great value to our ambitious goals in the region.
Mr. Zavisic is responsible for Serbian market where together with Mr. Tobias intensively expands business of OAI.
After architectural school he studied management putting two most important things in development business together.

Sandra Milisavac – Assistant to Country Manager
Miss. Milisavac came to OAI from “S.A.B. Estetik” – a development company, where she worked as the assistant to the General Manager. Prior to that, she was engaged in the German company “Neckermann” for almost 3 years, on all administrative and organizational jobs as a personal assistant to Country Manager. Miss. Milisavac has studied Japanese language at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade.
Her position in OAI includes office management as well as handling administration and communication within the office. She is assisting Mr. Zavisic in successfully leading allover operations in Serbia.

Aleksandar Sisic- Accounting officer
Mr. Sisic joined OAI in January 2008 . He came from Cummins SM, where he worked for 2 years in the Finance Department as the assistant to the CFO. Prior to that, he was collaborating in the Ministry of Finance. His responsibilities includes budget preparation, accounts payable and other financial activities. In OAI he is handling financial administration and assisting with projects financial analysis.

Luis Vidaurri – Project Manager
Mr. Vidaurri joined the OAI team in september 2007 from Mexico-based construction company where he was in charge of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific projects in excess of millions of euros. His background and knowledge as Industrial Engineer combined with an MBA adds great value to the company to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and a ccording to the proposed budget.
