february 25thd, 2010 Galerija Apartments Opening Party On Thursday, february 25th, in the heart of Old Dorcol, in 50 Francuska street, the residential – commercial building “Galerija Apartmani” had a official opening ceremony. The event has been organized as a pleasant and informal association of Ocean Atlantic International representatives, partners, colleagues and friends. Within the ceremony the exhibition of chosen photography’s has been organized, work of our famous photographer Nebojsa Babic, called “Old Dorcol”. All photography’s are going to be offered on a humanitarian auction, which the Company is organizing at the moment. The whole amount from the auction will be contributed to the project Children’s shelter „Svratiste za decu ulice“.... >>>

november 3rd, 2009 Galerija Apartments finished in early December Construction of residential-commercial object in downtown Belgrade is successfully being finished as planned. With the finishing works on flooring, painting, last adjustments are being made to meet the requests of the new owners who will be moving in beginning of December. General contractor, Downtown Construction has done a great job and quality of the building is confirmed by many buyers who have visited the site over the past few months. Attention to details and quality of all stages of construction will provide greatest satisfaction of new owners which is the primary goal of Ocean Atlantic International.
october 30th, 2009 Novi Sad City development Agency will support new projects Mr. Borislav Novakovic, Director of City development Agency of Novi Sad, in the interview that he gave to respectable newspaper “Blic” on 28.10.2009., announced that Ocean Atlantic International, plans to develop first unique western standard A class shopping Center in Novi Sad. Further to that he highlighted that this development comprises of 86.000 m² of multifunctional space, larger than any other building in Novi Sad. This project requires significant infrastructure development which is one of the priorities of Novi Sad government. Mr. Novakovic says that Novi Sad fully understands necessity of support of the City to the investments of this type and announces several infrastructural projects in next year.
