Leveraging our experience with master-planned communities and urban infill development in the United States, OAI is working to introduce proven concepts to these developing countries. Our local managers provide the crucial element to blend this local knowledge with concepts from the west to create communities that are attractive, desirable, and financially successful.

Annual performance on a Group level in 2005 includes developing, building and selling more than 500 residential and commercial units and proves that successful partnerships, and business systems can succeed in a new environment.
Ocean Atlantic International was founded in 2004 by managing partners, Preston Schell and Greg Tobias, to develop new real estate projects in the region of former Yugoslavia. The Bosnian and Kosovo conflicts delayed the development of the real estate market and with the long-term relationship Mr. Tobias has developed since visiting the region in 1993, OAI is posed to expand into a market leader in this fast developing region.
The Ocean Atlantic International brand is establishing a new quality in the market, which is tangible through our developments, energy, ambition and creativity for the new future we are building.
